It comes with ata connect to hard drive and the other end is USB. I had a workstation computer die, I had to copy pictures off hard drive. It does not have original box or instructions. It comes with power to power up the hard drive.

I purchased this adapter to connect the hard rive to my new computer via USB connection. It worked great. Perfect shape.

The hard drive is view able to copy data off and on. I sue it once, never used it again. Sabrent ata to USB cable with sata power cor. The new computer sees the hard drive as an external drive, like a thumb drive.
